4th of July (Independence day) in NYC!

East Coast Baby! In the next month, everything I will post will be about three cities. New York, Boston and Washington D.C... This one is from NYC. There is a lot of things to tell and not enough time to tell them. I will try to make an effort. 


Costa Este Baby! En el siguiente mes, todo lo que voy a poner va a ser acerca de tres ciudades. New York, Boston y Washington D.C... Esta es de NYC. Hay muchas cosas pera contar pero no mucho tiempo para contarlas. Trataré de hacer el esfuerzo.

I arrive to NYC the 3rd of July. I'm staying in Brooklyn in a house with 10 people, 8 of them CouchSurfers. There is 2 girls from Sweden, a couple from Poland, a guy from Germany, another couple from Kazakhstan  and I young men from Colombia. The name of the Wi-Fi network es Hell City (you will guess why). However, it is really fun. Jim (the owner) said "The more, the merrier". Anyways, today, in my first day in New York, I tried to take things easy... In the morning and afternoon I went to walk around parts of Brooklyn. Beautiful neighborhood, a lot of young people and very alternative. In Brooklyn Heights I finally looked at the classical New York buildings... After my walk in Hot NYC, I prepared myself to go to Manhattan for the first time to see the 4th of July fireworks of Macy's. The show was spectacular but really really crowded (I guess I'm gonna say that a lot while I'm in NY).

Llegue a la ciudad de Nueva York el 3 de Julio. Me estoy quedando en una casa con 10 personas, 8 de ellas son Couch Surfers. Hay dos chicas de Suecia, una pareja de Polonia, un pelado de Alemania, otra pareja de Kazakhstan y un joven de Colombia. El nombre de la red de Wi-Fi es Hell City (Ciudad del infierno), se imaginaran porque. Sin embargo, es muy divertido. Jim (el dueño) dijo "mientras mas, mejor". Hoy, en mi primer día en Nueva York, intente tomar las cosas con calma. En la mañana y la tarde fui a caminar a algunas partes de Brooklyn. Bello vecindario, mucha gente joven y muy alternativa. En Brooklyn pude ver finalmente los edificios clásicos de Nueva York... Después de caminar en el caliente NYC, me preparé para ir a Manhattan por primera vez para ver los fuegos artificiales de el 4 de Julio de Macy's. El show estuvo espectacular pero con mucha mucha gente (supongo que voy a decir eso bastante mientras estoy en NY).
