Through an Adventure: American Life.

(I don't think this is the California Dream, at least not the one of Crosby, Stills and Nash and much more awesome people from this great land)

(Yo no creo que este sea el "Sueño Californiano", al menos no el de Crosby, Stills y Nash y mucha mas gente asombrosa de esta bonita tierra)

In this 10 day's I've been in L.A, my plan almost everyday was and is gonna be (till Tuesday when I'm leaving west coast) American stylish... Huge malls, driving cars, huge malls, cheese cake factory dines, huge malls, shopping afternoons (That's not me though), huge malls, taking freeways and avoiding traffic, huge malls, going to the cinema to watch the Avengers (what's more American than that?) and huge malls too.... It has been good though, when I decided to come to the States, my goal was to be and live in every single aspect of US life style. This is one of those life styles.... Changing the subject, My vegetarianism is going really well, it is now about one month since I started. Today for example I had a French Vegan sandwich with black beans hummus, roasted peppers, tomatoes, avocado, onions in vinaigrette, cucumber and radish in a soft and hand made Vegan bread with a delicious Dijon mustard dip... Good ah?

En estos 10 días que he estado en Los Ángeles, mi plan casi todos los días fue y van a ser (hasta el martes cuando voy a dejar la costa este) estilo americano.... Grandes centros comerciales, manejando carros, grandes centros comerciales, comiendo en cheesecake factory, grandes centros comerciales, tardes de compras (Ese no soy yo), grandes centros comerciales, tomando autopistas y evadiendo el trafico, grandes centros comerciales, yendo al cine a ver Los Vengadores (que mas Americano que eso?) y también, grandes centros comerciales.... Sin embargo, ha sido bueno. Cuando decidí venir a la USA, mi meta era conocer cada aspecto y vivir en cada estilo de vida Americana. Este es uno de esos estilos..... Cambiando de tema, mi vegetarianismo va muy bien, ya es alrededor de un mes desde que empecé. Hoy por ejemplo, me comí un sandwich francés con humus de fréjol negro, pimentones asados, tomates, aguacate, cebolla en vinagreta, pepinos y rábanos en un pan Vegano (Sin derivados animales) suave y hecho a mano con una deliciosa salsa de mostaza dijon... bueno eh?
